Who We Are

Neo Marketing Alliance is a collaborative marketing organization dedicated to marketing solutions that are innovative and affordable. Pooling the best talent in web design and content, event production and sponsorship, marketing campaigns, collateral development, advertising, and social media campaigns, the organization offers the best people for each job to its clients. Neo Marketing Alliance client list in the past year has included: North Bay iHub and the Sonoma Mountain Business Cluster, Oliver's Market, Copperfield's Books, and the Sonoma-Marin Fair.

Vicki DeArmon

DeArmon is a Director of Neo Marketing Alliance, a collaborative marketing organization dedicated to marketing solutions that are innovative and affordable. She has 30 years of marketing experience with business, media, nonprofit organizations, and schools. Over the last several years, DeArmon has served as the Marketing Director for both Copperfield’s Books and the Sonoma-Marin Fair, increasing profitability and attendance respectively through innovative collaborative marketing programs. She is responsible for marketing campaigns, media relations, events, sponsorship, collateral, advertising, and social media and website content management and development.

In 1985, she founded and served as the publisher of Foghorn Press, a San Francisco book publishing company known for its innovative marketing and service to the community through strategic partnerships with the San Francisco 49ers, the Golden State Warriors, the National Park Service, National Parks Association, Pacific Bell, and Outdoor Retailer. She sold the company in 1998.

Other organizations she helped found include the Independent Travel Publishers Association, the San Francisco Bay Area Book Council (producer of the San Francisco Book Festival and other programs), and LeadershipWorks. At LeadershipWorks, she developed mentoring programs for teens that were funded directly by schools and through grants from the Department of Education.

Events she produced include March for Parks, the 25th anniversary of Earth Day in the Presidio, The San Francisco Bay Area Book Festival, the World’s Ugliest Dog ® Contest, and the Sonoma-Marin Fair.

She has served on the board of the National Parks Association and the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, taught publishing at UC Berkeley Extension and is graduate of City‘s respected Leadership Program. She was named as one of 40 under 40 entrepreneurs to watch by Entrepreneur Magazine. She was raised in Sonoma County and currently lives in Petaluma with her husband and children.

DeArmon manages all Neo Marketing Alliance marketing projects with the assistance of a team. This team of experts includes hand-picked web designers, graphic artists, and event coordinators.

 


Marlina Boucher Harrison

Marlina Boucher Harrison brings years of experience in both the public and private sectors to work for our clients, combining award-winning creativity with an attention to budget and schedule to generate consistently strong results. She has created effective campaigns in both English and Spanish, and her strong ties to the educational and community service sectors of our community add an extra dimension to her business acumen.

Harrison began her career as Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Sonoma State University’s extension program, during which time she and the Exended Education team quadrupled enrollment revenues in four years. As Advertising Manager for McPhail’s, Inc. she expanded the five-store chain’s vendor-supported marketing program to its full potential while producing consistent increases in sales. At Campbell & Associates she managed accounts ranging from the Sonoma County Private Industry Council to the Sonoma County Fair. As an independent consultant her clients have included Santa Rosa Plaza, the Flamingo Hotel, Bellevue Plaza, the Sonoma County Fair and Sonoma County Harvest Fair, Team Rollerblade, the Santa Rosa Boat & RV Show, Standards of Excellence, Rincon Valley Union School District and more. She has written many special sections and magazines for the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, including the “Where We Live” real estate magazine. Among the many special events on which she has collaborated are the KFTY Health Food & Fitness Expo, the Downtown Santa Parade, the Girl Scouts Jewel of a Woman Gala, and the Red, White & Boom 4th of July celebration. In addition to delivering results, her work has won awards from the Sonoma County Ad Club, the Western Fairs Assn. and the Bay Area Broadcasters.


Alicia Feltman

Designer Alicia Feltman brings professional design and art direction to Neo Marketing Alliance and her clients. An innovator who understands the objective and goals of each campaign, Feltman uses her skills in design to communicate a message dynamically and authentically. Since 2001, her unique design concepts have created the branding and design for local companies such as Copperfield’s Books where she has developed the seasonal campaigns, in-store signage, advertising, and collateral materials that have made Copperfield’s the North Bay’s favorite independent bookseller. Her innovative work has benefited organizations such as Rialto Cinemas-Lakeside, Wells Fargo Center for the Arts, Sonoma-Marin Fair, KRCB,
 Global Groove Imports, Harmonic Dog Software, Neo Marketing Alliance, Village Charter School, and the Sonoma Mountain Business Cluster. She has performed website design and renovations for the Sonoma-Marin Fair, the North Bay iHub, Neo Marketing Alliance, as well as her own firm, lala design. She offers technical expertise in both PC and Mac operating systems with mastery in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Quark Express, Freehand, and working knowledge of Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, HTML, CSS, and Drupal. She also is proficient with digital photography and retouching. Feltman is Neo Marketing Alliance’s not-so-secret weapon in creating the compelling visual components of the organization’s marketing campaigns.
